The Contracts Administrator is an important role within the commercial team, you will be responsible for monitoring the financial and contractual performance of the project with respect to key stakeholders.

As the successful candidate you will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a team of QS / Engineers and be conversant with FIDIC contract conditions. You should have 15 years experience with a focus on Airports and other Civil Infrastructure Projects. You should come from strong design and build background and have the courage and conviction to manage large and complex projects and should therefore have excellent communication, analytical and organisation skills.
